What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I contacted Kevin for help with financial planning, opening a pension and investment account.

How has Kevin Owens helped you?

Kevin took the time to simplify and explain how pensions and investments work at a level I could understand. Financial planning is new to me, so I appreciate the attention to detail and effort the effort he put in to make it easy to understand. Kevin also explained how I can expect my finances to look in years to come through great visual graphs which where clear to understand.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Kevin helped me open my pension and investment account, which is the service I initially contacted him for.

What could they have done better?

N/A. Very happy with the service Kevin provided and wouldn't change anything.

Kevin gave me a wealth of handy information during our initial free meeting. I was only looking for a one time fixed fee service and Kevin explained that the service he provides is an ongoing one. I would definitely recommend Kevin to someone looking for ongoing financial planning

Kevin maintains regular contact with my wife and I and with our financial situation being relatively uncomplicated, he is required to give us assistance infrequently. That said, if we need his advice or assistance, he is easily contactable and readily provides us with whatever we need. Thanks Kevin.
