What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking for someone to review existing investments and consolidate a number of pensions.

How has Stacey Sail helped you?

Stacey has provided me with recommendations which she took the time to talk through, and explain her reasoning for. It was 15 years + since I had last reviewed my portfolio, investments and pensions and I completely out of touch. Stacey took the time to learn about me, my family, and situation, and gathered an enormous amount of information prior to making her recommendations. Stacey is patient, warm and kind, answered many, many questions, a number several times and coped with my changes of mind. Stacey now has everything back on track. Fantastic work.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely, I know where everything is, my investments are now working for me and retirement no longer feels like an impossible dream.

What could they have done better?

I don't think there was anything Stacey could have done better.

I was worried I couldn't afford to retire and I didn't know where to start.

Stacey has been absolutely great , took time to explain each step, she is very professional, knowledgeable ,reassuring and pleasant, sorting everything out for me. I feel financially safe and Stacey has taken all my worries away.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My wife was unwell and we wanted to see if we could release some cash from the pensions

She contacted pension providers and advised which ones would provide a lump sum and ones that would not She then advised me to put my pension lump sum into a bond

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Only recently established the bond so wait and see

What could they have done better?

With hindsight it's easy to criticise but I think she did what we asked for but I would have liked to have the pension money before Claire passed but our thoughts were elsewhere

i was looking to move a pension into another drawdown account i hold
