Dan came to my mum’s house and went through the lifetime mortgage options. My mum doesn’t understand things if they’re too complicated, but Dan explained it perfectly and in real terms, in a way that my mum was fully able to understand.

Not sure he could have done any better. My mum went from not understanding lifetime mortgages and really sceptical about them, to fully understanding and able to confidently make an educated decision.
