In all honesty Daniel is always available and willing to help, nothing more he could do for us.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I initially applied for Equity Release on the property I was living in, a flat which was leasehold. It proved difficult to obtain Equity Release on this property as it was leasehold. I then decided to move to a Freehold Property, to help me to move to the property I wished to move to, Dan helped me to apply for Equity Release loan on this property. My money had run low between receiving a private pension and awaiting my state pension. The flat I lived in had Service Charges which kept rising. I was in a difficult place financially and therefore Dan's help with me applying and receiving Equity Release has been of Fantastic Benefit!! I cannot Thank him enough for all of his help with being able to move and receiving Equity Release monies to help until I receive my state pension.

I have found Dan to be of Excellent Help when I wished to apply for Equity Release in the last year. Dan was Excellent in getting back to me if I had any queries when applying for Equity Release. He guided me through the Equity Release process with Great Expertise. Dan always gave me Very Good Advice. I was successful in being able to move to a property more suited to my needs and with an Equity Release loan.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I feel I have definitely had the outcome I was hoping for. Moving to a property which suited my needs and a disabled family member who visits me. I have also had some monies left over from the Equity Release loan to improve the property and to help until I receive my state pension. My move took some time and Dan always advised me about deadlines coming up regarding my loan so I could go back to my solicitors to try to move things along.

What could they have done better?

I feel Dan's help has been Excellent, I cannot see what could have been done any better.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My aim was to buy my brother out and release equity in my current property so I could invest in another property.

As I am doing this for the first time, Dan took the time to explain how I could go about this and provide all the detail I needed. Dan was extremely informative and always available to answer any questions I had.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I am awaiting completion so far everything has gone to plan. I would recommend Dan's services to anyone that has any Mortgage related plans/issues.
