In 2002 when seeking our first mortgage arrangement. We knew John, his wife Sam and their family before this so already knew them well and had a sense of their professional and personal integrity.

John has provided myself and my husband all financial advice over the past 21 years. This has been for mortgages, weighing up the pros and cons of having and then releasing a rental property, planning and starting a business and advice on future plans regarding pensions and how best to invest inheritance funds. I’m not a financially minded person and he explains things in terms that I understand.

Yes. We’ve managed to budget and plan for having the property and business we wanted. We’ve kept and then released a rental property from 2017-2022 just before house prices came down.
