Recently retired and I was looking to invest a lump sum

Provided an initial input on investment and risk, explaining both potential benefits and risks. Thereafter providing a more tailored and detailed plan structured around me previously discussed circumstances.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Only recently invested, and I’m aware this is a mid to long term investment. Unable to comment on the success of the investment at present, but satisfied with the handling and communication throughout the process to date.

What could they have done better?

Nothing I can think of.
