Very clear advice regarding steps to be taken with defined benefit pension conversion and possible options. TPO fees clearly explained. These seemed quite high so I decided to defer taking advice until nearer my retirement date.

Nadia provides excellent service and advice. I have spoken to a couple of IFAs and didn’t take much from these conversations, however it was an entirely different story with Nadia. She took the time to properly understand my situation and priorities, and provided in-depth information/advice with those in mind (as opposed to just trying to sell at all costs). She has an excellent grasp of different investment options, pension optimisation, tax minimisation and more. Crucially, she expertly balances short and longer term priorities when advising. Excellent at building trust and communicating complex topics in an understandable way. Finally (and without a doubt one of the most important aspects for me), she was transparent about fees for different options and in no way applies pressure to agree business until I’m ready.
