What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I have used Sandra as my Independent Financial Advisor for close on 20 years. Originally Sandra amalgamated my private pensions with my Company Pension and still advises on my Pension.

How has Sandra Corkhill helped you?

Recently Sandra has moved mountains in advising and helping with setting up a Will Trust Fund for the Estate of my late Mother-in-Law.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Recently Sandra has excelled herself in dealing with a financial institution who were putting up road blocks in releasing funds from the Trust Fund. Through Sandra's persistence this institution has now drastically reduced the time taken to release funds to a fraction of the time they previously stated.

What could they have done better?

Nothing. Sandra is already the best.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We needed to consolidate a number of smaller pensions and make some investments to safeguard our disabled daughter's future. The processs seemed complicated.

How has Sandra Corkhill helped you?

Sandra listened and gave advice that suited our needs of wanting to provide for our disabled daughter, whilst not affecting our retirement. Our unique circumstances and needs were very much at the forefront of all the advice given and we were delighted that she really got us and our circumstances!

Sandra gave sound advice from the start, offering a pragmatic, intelligent and holistic approach to our needs. Her advice was invaluable, and enabled us to utilise a number of smaller pensions, make some sound investments and at the same reduce our costs.

What could they have done better?

Sandra was incredibly knowledgeable, so much more than other advisers we have spoken to in the past. Rather surprisingly; the advice she offered, was for our benefit and not hers, and like so many other advisers didn't try and sell us a pension. Everything was explained very clearly, Sandra took the time to make sure we understood every step of the process, and was always more than happy to answer any questions. There was absolutely nothing Sandra could have done better.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I myself have know idea about investing or savings so Sandra was the one for me.

How has Sandra Corkhill helped you?

She's explained in full what was the best way to go as i had know idea, I feel I can leave everything in her hands and won't have to worry about anything.

It's still in the pipe line but will all be completed within the next couple of weeks
