The plan and associated advice has helped us to be disciplined in our savings for the future as the plan requires. The annual reviews with Dean also gives us a means to check if we are on track and/or adjust if necessary - this plan and regular reviews give my wife and I peace of mind when it comes to retirement planning.

Yes, so far we are on track vis-a-vis our retirement plan.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was a few months off my retirement and wanted a review of my various pension schemes with advice on the different options.

He helped assess our financial needs and options and also with the mechanics of arranging the regular payments from my DB schemes and transfer of DC schemes into a SIPP with TPO.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. Dean gave us sound advice that was in our interest (not my experience with another investment advisor a few years back). We feel much more financially secure now plus see that the pension fund monies have performed v well since being placed with TPO. (I appreciate that it may go down in the future of course). Dean has a really nice way of communicating.
