She continues to do this with an annual review and occasional updates throughout the year. We also feel comfortable asking her for advice throughout the year.

We did not have a set goal in terms of amount of growth or interest, but we are content that our finances have improved since we were first advised by Susan.

To answer that question we would need to know more that we do about finance, markets, risk and available products. There was one investment that has led to a significant loss. That was recommended by a previous adviser who worked for the same company as Susan does. However, we accept that not everything can be successful. Our portfolio is mixed, and therefore the loss from one small part is not significant overall.

Been a client of Susan and TPO (under previous guises as well) for many years. Now retired I valued their advice on planning and executing this major change in my life.

Yes and more, I was able to have my NHS pension enhanced following TPO's advice. As a couple we value TPO's continuing interest in our affairs

Susan has managed the funds for quite a number of years now. She gives a very personal service and has ensured that we understand what is happening with the investments and given advice as necessary.

Yes the funds have remained stable or increased on the whole despite periods of financial uncertainty.

Nothing. We get yearly reviews in the form of a visit and a pack explaining the performance of the investments. Access to Susan or her secretary is always easy either by email or phone and always responded to quickly and sensitively.
