Having inherited my late mother's pension and looked at my own portfolio of investments I drew to the conclusion it was time to get some profession advice and financial management for both the short term and long term planning and turned to Robert after being introduced by one of his colleagues who I have known through that he has done for a relation

What could they have done better?

Not Robert, but I feel the Client adviser team have been slow in progressing the pension with Investec. I sent the forms in on the 13th oct all in one envelope however was contacted on the 27th to say the Investec form wasn’t in the envelope. I sent an another form in on the 29th November and still haven’t heard anything and I’m chasing for an update on the trustees decision.

I was looking to take a structured approach to investing for the long term
