What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I was introduced to Janine many years ago by my late parents, as they had dealt with her for many, many years. I have always found Janine to understand exactly what I have required (even when I have not been too sure myself!) and has dealt with things promptly and highly professionally for me. Recently I have had meetings with her with regard to inheritance money financial planning and Janine has taken the time to make sure I fully understand what she is suggesting. I am not particularly savvy in understanding all the different policies etcetera that are out there to invest in and the reasons why, but Janine is totally patient and will go through things step by step to ensure that I am making the right decision for myself. A lovely lady, very patient and 1000% helpful.
How has Janine Wilson helped you?
Janine has helped me over the years with a private pension and combining some different pension that I had accumulated over the years into just one pot that was ideal for my needs. In the last couple of months, Janine has given me invaluable advice as to how to invest an inheritance I received to get the best possible outcomes, as in tax free, or ability to withdraw funds should ever the need arise. Very professional and very patient.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I have seen the perfect outcome and feel that my money has been invested wisely into different avenues, but all of which are accessible to me should I need them.
What could they have done better?
Nothing could have been done better. Everything was just perfect.
