With over 34 years of experience in Banking and Wealth management across international banks in multiple countries, my career has been a journey of growth and leadership. I began as a young Financial Adviser, advancing into senior and executive roles. Notably, I served as the Country Head for Barclays Wealth International in Dubai, where I had the privilege of leading a diverse and talented team within the Private Banking divisions across The Middle East Africa, Turkey and the Indian Subcontinent regions Following a 11-year tenure at Barclays, I took on the role of Senior Vice President at the Commercial Bank of Qatar. There, I set up and directed the Private Banking proposition, providing an exceptional offering to the bank's Ultra-high-net-worth clients, including members of royal families. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to live and work in dynamic locations such as Asia, Dubai, Qatar, and the UK, each enriching my professional and personal perspective. In 2013, I transitioned into St. James’s Place, initially as a client and later as a Director. I was tasked with launching the SJP Academy, an initiative dedicated to empowering individuals to establish their own Wealth Management Practices. Additionally, I actively contributed as an executive member of the SJP Diversity and Inclusion panel, advocating for a more inclusive industry. Driven by my long-standing aspiration to run my own business and desire to help others achieve their financial goals, I founded TDS Financial Ltd.
