What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My father was a member of the London Stock Exchange, and when he died my mother and I were in need of financial planning help. We met Roger and since that day I know that I have received the best advice and help available.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Roger was both my parents' and my aunt's financial adviser for many years, and they spoke very highly of him indeed. When we needed an adviser ourselves, he was the obvious choice, and we have not been disappointed.

Yes.

He has given us exceptional help with managing our finaces, and made us aware of matters we knew nothing about. He also does so in a friendly and caring way.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was left an amount of money that was already with the firm and therefore, I started to leave an amount with them and found them reliable, and felt comfortable with the advice I received.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Originally I needed advise regarding insurance and protection when I had a mortgage, but in later years Roger has advised me on investments and financial planning for my retirement.

How has Roger Waters helped you?

Roger has advised me for over 30 years ensuring that I had the appropriate life insurance for my family. Then as my circumstances changed he advised me with regard to savings and investments. I have always found him to be very professional and courteous. He is always happy to speak on the phone if I have needed any advise in between our annual meeting. He also keeps in touch by letter when changes are needed to my investments.

Yes I have seen my investments increase in line with my expectations.

Nothing.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Some years ago I needed advise regarding an existing personal pension and also wanted to increase my overall savings in the most tax efficient way.

How has Roger Waters helped you?

Roger helped me to amalgamate my existing personal pensions and gave advise when I was able to take one of my pension at 65. He has continued to manage my ISA and Personal Pension contributions with annual visits, but is always available by phone or email to answer any questions that I may have.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes I have as my investments should be looked at in the medium term.

What could they have done better?

Nothing I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Roger and his team at Barwells Wealth.

Roger has been a constant , always professional , source of help & advice . Following the death of my husband Roger was very supportive in matters of managing my financial affairs which , at the time I found overwhelming . I have , since then , become more confident & I am grateful to him .

Roger's work is thorough and he explains things very well, even to a clueless person like myself. He is patient when I should have sent him documents he needs to do his work for me and sends polite reminders. I have great faith in his ability.
