We originally needed help and advice with our pensions and investments. Rob was assigned to us when our previous advisor left.

Rob is always friendly and approachable. He appears extremely knowledgable and always supplies us with answers and advice in a timely and easy to understand manner.

He answered my questions clearly and succinctly, gave me the information I needed, talked through a plan to help me get my finances in order. He was polite, friendly and immediately put me at ease. As soon as I met him I felt I could trust him and he spent time on the phone again after the meeting clarifying things further. I feel he really knows the field of finances and different routes to investment very well and talked me through some of the options that he felt would be best to look into further. He offered me information and answers rather than pressuring me to give the company my business, which is important.

I am still a bit unclear about my mortgage arrangements and how best to handle those in the context of retirement. Robert arranged for me to see a mortgage expert, but the two strands of advice have not yet come together fully.
