I needed an advisor I could trust to give me guidance on investment strategies and retirement planning.

Jess has been excellent - she is very proactive, understanding and open minded. She has guided me through varying investment strategies and is extremely knowledgeable of the global markets.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Complexity and transition. With Investments and Pensions in both the US and UK, permanently relocating back from the US to the UK, and starting retirement.
How has Jessica Cook helped you?
Jessica worked closely with me to capture the big picture of my wider Goals against my financial situation as is. She then modeled what-ifs and through discussion, created a Plan that we're currently implementing.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. We've accomplished our short-term goals and are on track for the future. She advised on and assisted with my change of financial platform that I had requested. Jessica also had wide-ranging discussions with me to ensure that my Portfolio going forward reflects my current liquidity, risk, and investment goals. The outcome I sought and found was for an Advisor who listens and is patient. I wanted someone who considers and reflects on what I say but is knowledgeable and experienced enough to present rational cases to challenge me.
What could they have done better?
As a retired Financial Advisor, perhaps I have an insight into best practice that many investors don't. I give Jessica top-marks, with no 'could-have-done-betters'.
