Good that he came back to me. However I chose not to use his services at this time.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Increasingly complex personal and business finances. A desire to organise and plan robustly for the future of myself and my family.

Aled has taken great care to fully understand my financial position and the needs of my family. Having really understood this, he has sensitively handled effective planning around my goals.

The outcome i am looking for will develop over time and i feel confident that, with Aled and his team's help, my objectives will be met.

What could they have done better?

Very little! Aled and his team are personable, professional, efficient and sensitive to their clients' needs. They execute the job of financial planning and advice with great humanity, which is a real difference to others i have worked with in the past.

As a family, we were looking for some one who would be able to bridge the generations and would be able to help educate my children in the ways of financial planning.

Aled has been excellent at looking at each of our circumstances and needs now and going forward. He took time to really get to know us and get under the skin of our financial positions, he has really listened to what we are saying. Aled has given each of us bespoke options in future financial planning and has helped execute these options quickly and efficiently.

We are still in the early days of our planning, I am confident that we will achieve what we are hoping for, this is due to the excellent planning and modelling that Aled has done for us.
