What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I needed to look to invest my pensions that were frozen from previous employment and find a couple that I knew I had but couldn’t find them.

Chris found the pensions I couldn’t find and has reinvested the pensions that were frozen.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, I’m actually drawing out on 2 final salary pensions which gives me extra income and Chris has combined and reinvested my other pensions, which were of practically 0% growth to now 11% to14% growth. Chris seems very level headed and always says we will try 5% to 6% on growth but anything above that is a bonus.

What could they have done better?

I don’t think Chris could really, as he has very high standards, he’s very upfront with expectations and being realistic with our expectations. I feel with Chris he is very knowledgeable about all aspects of finance and the markets and is very honest and trustworthy and I feel he never forgets that he is looking after our money as if it’s his own and just trying to get the best possible returns for us.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking to buy a property with my sister and after that did not come to fruition, I am getting a mortgage for myself

Chris has gone above and beyond to help me, he has guided me and helped me with financial advice in order to secure a mortgage for myself

This is a work in progress but I am exceptionally grateful for the journey so far

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Chris was recommended by a friend who knew I was looking for some financial advice. We met a few times to discuss ideas and then once I sold my home, we decided which platform to invest with. The process was easy and the Voyage team handled all of the admin and the transfer of my ISA's.

How has Chris Mills helped you?

Chris helped me think about my future plans and how/when I want to retire, and the income I will need etc. It's good to finally have all investments under one platform so it simplifies things.

Yes, the process and funds are now set up in the correct place.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My partner and I wanted to move to a larger home and were unsure how much we could borrow and what it would cost us. I tried looking online but found the information very vague and felt it was best to approach a broker.

How has Chris Mills helped you?

Chris was very easy to talk to, explained things very well and outlined our options. He guided us through the process seamlessly and within an hour we had our agreement in principle. We felt a lot more confident viewing houses knowing we could afford them and what our repayments would be.

We now have an offer accepted and our mortgage offer, couldn't be happier
