Jacqueline was able to set up time to talk to me and got back to me right away. I just had a half hour chat with her about the general state of my finances and she was able to give me valuable pointers for things to think about. I'm not currently in a position to proceed with any advice, but she was very helpful in giving me general ideas around working towards retirement and taking advantage of tax efficiencies for my pension. Helpful and plain speaking.

We had Jacqueline as adviser at the Pru and just carried on with her services after she left the Pru, We made contact with her and asked if she could continue as our adviser as we felt comfortable that she was right for us.

I was a prudential client that how I first met Jackie as I wanted to take out 25%out of my pension pot . When Jackie left the pru I went with her. As I got to know her and trusted her advice.

Jacqueline continued to be helpful even when I explained that I wasn't prepared to spend money for any service provided, she had a manor that made me feel very relaxed and in no way did I feel that I was being pressured into anything. She did in fact carry out some research as we were speaking which I can only commend.
