Long-term relationship with Clarendon which involved a regular review of my finances, and during which I asked for advice on my pension, retirement income, investments and savings, and inheritance planning.

Sorry, I can't think of any constructive criticism to add here. I am almost totally ignorant when it comes to money matters, but he has made everything reasonably clear whilst advising me.

Robert explained all of the options in an understandable 'laymans' language which enable me to make decisions. He was able to explain clearly the implications of different scenarios which was specific to our needs. He then proceeded to deal with the pension companies to put all amounts in one pot and I was updated at every stage. He understood our attitude to risk and reward.
