What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My previous financial advisors were remote, their visits were soley annual and not as competent as I needed.

How has Olivia Williams helped you?

Olivia found out what my needs were and went through my options. She explained how things worked, answered my questions competently and certainly seemed to go the extra mile to find the best solutions for vsrious scenarios.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

It is a bit soon to be able to tell, particularly in view of the initial cost of moving providers. To be honest, I trust that I have made the right move to the point where I haven't even checked how my inversments has faired since being moved.

What could they have done better?

I can't think of anything at this point in time.

I had been in a quandary for a few weeks with mixed feelings on how to achieve the next stage in my life & fulfilling my dream. My friend recommended Stonewealth. I made my appointment, & spent 2 hours with Olivia. She was amazing helping to discuss all my thoughts & what I wanted to achieve. I came away from my meeting with a much clearer head. I never realised there was a company like Stonewealth where you could find help like this. Something I couldn’t discuss with family or friends. I initially looked for an advisor when I wanted to combine my pension and plan for the future.

I have investments in two countries, all of which were part of a Divorce Settlement, and I was unsure how to proceed with my UK Pension.

How has Olivia Williams helped you?

Practical advice on overall financial planning as well as my small Pension. Olivia is very grounded in her approach, but able to see the bigger picture and to envisage how I might want to live life now, as well as in the future.

Yes.

What could they have done better?

Nothing - everything within her control was on time, as promised. Where it was down to Standard Life she pushed things on as quick as was possible, letting me know on anything that might have delayed my drawdown of a tax free sum.

I was looking for someone to review and provide advice on a number of areas both personally, and for the business.

Olivia was more than willing to help and advise on private medical insurance for the Staff within the business. Olivia also provided advice for my own current financial situation, advising on my pension, investments and inheritance planning.

She introduced me to online platforms , which gave options for me to look deeper into investment and their history which I value. What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Following my recent divorce, I was granted a Pension Sharing Order. I had no experience of what I needed to do or where to even start so needed to seek some advice from a financial adviser.

How has Olivia Williams helped you?

Olivia has been excellent from start to finish. From our initial chat, she has been nothing but helpful. Having never dealt with this type of thing before I was extremely nervous but Olivia was able to put my mind at ease. She explained the process clearly and in a way I could understand. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I know both her and her administration team are only a call away should I need to speak to them.
