About
I always had a keen interest in financial markets and wanted to understand its seemingly complex underlying mechanisms. Originally from Germany, I read BSc Business Management and Economics at the Ruhr University Bochum and applied for a post graduate degree in MSc Quantitative Financial Economics at the University of East Anglia to specialise in Investment Analysis. After successfully graduating in September 2017, I started working at a local IFA in Norwich, which allowed me to develop a comprehensive technical expertise in Financial Planning and achieve my Diploma qualification. In May 2019, I joined the The Private Office and attained Chartered Financial Planner status in 2021 and became a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society in 2022.
