What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Initially from my financial adviser to find a company to set up a private pension to enable me to retire and enjoy my lifestyle without any worries.
How has Robyn Caffell helped you?
Robin is very efficient and professional in her work, we have annual zoom meetings where we discuss how the pension fund is performing and if any changes to risk level are needed.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes I have, it is working very well.
What could they have done better?
In my opinion nothing, Robyn is doing everything to my satisfaction.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Initially advise from my accountant and my financial adviser to find a company that showed progression towards my being able to retire with sufficient funding to maintain my lifestyle without issue.
How has Robyn Caffell helped you?
Robyn is very professional and over the years has guided me through different scenarios in planning for my retirement We have an annual review meeting which happened yesterday by zoom . We discussed the current portfolio - looking at worst and best case scenarios to assess my level of risk . By using this approach / support I have been able to pay off my mortgage, been on a long cruise etc. and allow for my lifestyle choices to be maintained for the foreseeable future.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I have and currently am seeing a positive outcome.
What could they have done better?
This is a question I often see and I appreciate in some cases it may be needed. In my case Robyn delivered what I asked and offered more if I needed.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
When retiring you need a financial advisor to help plan for it. I’ve been retired now just over 20 years

Robyn is very professional and has guided me through different scenarios during my retirement we have annual review meetings which was yesterday by zoom or of course I can contact her at anytime if I need reassurance or advice.
