Identifying a need to how best i utilise my finances for our future i consulted with a trusted friend who s a long term satisfied client of Lisas. They helped make the cnnection.

Greatly to date. I had little understanding of how best to navigate my financial planning going forward. Lisa has taken the time to understand what we were looking for and what best suited our requirement.

We are relatively new clients to Lisa but our early indications are very positive and valued the initial guidance and service

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My previous advisor retired last year and I muddled through for a few months but came to realise that I needed help to ensure that my pension was in the right place to ensure a comfortable standard of living, especially since I'd commenced drawdown payments earlier than anticipated.

How has Lisa Tait helped you?

Right from our very first meeting Lisa was willing to help with historic queries from my previous pension provider which, following her sound advice, allowed me to then go ahead and have these matters closed out. She was also interested in my entire portfolio including ISAs and savings, which my previous FA didn't consider.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Lisa has duly considered my personal circumstances with regards to future ambitions, wellbeing, hobbies and my home. My pension and ISAs are now invested according to my attitude to risk and will therefore hopefully provide me with a comfortable lifestyle for many years to come.

What could they have done better?

At this point in our relationship I can't think of anything. What I would say is that I like the face-to-face meetings as opposed to those held online so hope that these can continue.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

i had the option of taking a large pension pot as a lump sum & needed advice on how to proceed. I am an experienced invstor but i saw value in having some of my ISA & SIPP investments professionally managed.

Advice on taking lump sums from my portfolio, general advice on estate planning, consequences of budget decisions made by the government. I always appreciate that Lisa (& Andrew Dines before her) takes the time to really understand my circumstances & my aims in life - highly professional and properly presonal advice. I get a lot out of our annual meetings

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

yes, the wealth70 managed portfolio has done exactly as i wanted - growth with relatively low volatility. This has allowed me to be more adventurous with the investments that i manage myself

I am delighted with the service that AAB provide to me & the peace of mind that it gives me so please continue

I was conscious at my age that I started a structured pension plan.
