My Mother needed to go into a Care home, Victoria helped with the money released on the sale of her property to invest it to pay for her care and grow the funds to enable then to last longer than leaving the money in the bank.

My experience with Victoria was excellent and I would have no hesitation recommending her financial services. To give a bit more detail, I wanted to have a financial review post divorce and we discussed my current situation, financial profile and goals for the future. At the age of 55 and with several pension pots I needed to evaluate them and decide the best way to plan for my retirement. I also wanted someone who would be able to keep an eye on my investment and review it at least annually to ensure it is still appropriate.

I have only just started the process of investing the money and this is why I could only rated her 4 stars so far. It certainly feels like the investment she has recommend will perform well in the future.

The only issue I have had is that the protal that I logged into for my original invesment wasn't quite the right; I am unsure whether this was me or her. However she sorted this out very quickly (the next day) and now I can see what is going on with my investment.

I had bult up several pensions during my career so far. I had no real understanding of the costs or penalties of the pension or how they were performing. I wanted to simplify my pensions hopefully reduce my costs and increase the performance of my pension..

How has Victoria Toan helped you?

Victoria helped me by reviewing all my current pensions. She looked at the various aspects of each of the pensions explained each of the issues and the performance of them. She then carried out a assesment of how risk orientated I was and based on this produced a comprehensive report with detailed recommendations. Victoria presented this in a highly professional manner allowing me to ask questions and clearly explaining any point I was unsure on in a manner that I understood. I have taken Victoria's advice and consolodated my pensions in to a new pension which Victoria has undertaken for me.

We needed some general advice on pensions, and planning ahead for retirement, and didn't know which direction to take and what we would then need to do to get there. Victoria chatted to us in a relaxed and friendly way and somehow managed to distil all the information we gave her into a way forward that we completely understood and were very happy with. She listened carefully to what we thought we wanted to achieve, making relevant and really useful suggestions. Her forecasts and plans showing our options were presented clearly and were easily understood and it was exactly what we needed to feel more confident about our financial future. We found Victoria very easy to chat to and brainstorm ideas with and will be seeing her again as we move forward with our plans. I'd have no hesitation in recommending her to friends and family.

She put an investment strategy in place for me and keeps me informed through communications and ensures I understand what my money is doing.

I feel happy that my money is invested in something other than a low interest savings account and I know how my money will be invested over the next few years. Victoria provided me with the information and help I needed and exceeded my expectations.
