Unlike myself, Giles has embraced technology and uses Teams meetings on a PC. I asked for face-to-face meetings and Giles drove a considerable distance to meet with me at my house. I appreciated that. Having spent two hours discussing my current financial situation and assets etc, Giles produced a personalized plan for me. Giles and Amanda walked me through transferring old pensions into a SIPP, they did everything from start to completion. I have experienced problems login into my investment portfolio website, due to errors. I sent an email and Giles called me within an hour to talk me through the login procedure. Always polite and informative, even while dealing with a technophobe!

I got a next working day response to my initial enquiry which led to a very useful phone call a few days later. Giles is friendly, knowledgeable and I got several ideas and useful bits of insight from the call. We concluded it isn't quite the right time for me to do the full new client on boarding and there was no pushy sales tactics about that.
