We met Simon Gibbs for the first time last week as he's replaced our previous IFA at AFH. We found him professional and personable, knowledgeable but not "pushy", a good listener and he's clearly someone who pays attention to detail in updating some of our information. He delivered what he promised in terms of feedback to questions we'd raised before the meeting and also followed up our discussion with written information.
