Craig is able to communicate the best course of action. He is patient in explaining financial terms and regulations to people who kow very little about these matters. Most importantly he has unfailingly been available to answer questions. Craig clearly puts the interests of his clients first.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I approached Craig to review my private pensions as i'm approaching retirement and needed support and guidance as to my options
How has Craig Roberts helped you?
Craig came out to see me in the evening as i work throughout the day. Craig took the time to fully explain the numerous policies i have and even advised that i took two of them as annuities due to the preferential deals they offered me. I feel that i have a much better understanding of my retirement options and will be able to retire with the piece of mind that Craig is supporting me in the background.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
It is early days but the plan is clear and will meet my needs in retirement

He was patient and didn’t push for my business. I met him on 2 occasions and each time her was professional and extremely helpful. Craig helped me release money from my pension but also make sure my pension wasn’t taking excessive risk
