What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My now late husband and I were dealing with a litigation matter related to my husband having sustained a terminal illness diagnosis due to exposure to toxic materials. Our legal team at that time recommended we employ the services of a financial advisor. We chose Mark Fisher after recommendation from a friend whose husband had also succumbed to the same terminal diagnosis a few years earlier. We also wanted an advisor who specialised in ethical investment which Mark did
How has Mark Fisher helped you?
Ahead of my husband's death, Mark was able to reassure us that I would be able to live fairly comfortably for a period of time even if there was not a successful litigation outcome. Following my husband's death and a successful litigation claim, Mark advised and guided me regarding both investment of some of the money as well as what money I could gift to my family. The audit tools on the portal have proved very helpful in calculating my year on year expenditure.

Yes, I have; despite the turbulence in world markets.
