Having never bought a house before, Matt was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process and how he and AS financial could assist. Matt answered my many queries in a quick and professional manner, and offered support when our lender valuation came in a lot lower than expected. I really appreciate the time and effort Matt has gone to in helping us achieve a mortgage for our first house.

Being self employed and the worry that would potentially make it harder to get a good mortgage offer.

Great advice and knowledge even when we first spoke I explained it would be a while before actually looking for a property, he was still happy to give plenty of advice and help.

Matthew made life super easy for me. It was a more complicated structure due to Limited Companies but Matthew just made it all happen smoothly. He's very kind, honest and makes complicated things simple to understand.
