James has been absolutely fantastic and thoroughly professional throughout the process of applying for our remortgage, always at hand with good communication and clear guidance on what was required (documentation, information etc). His systems are obviously exceedingly good, this is the second time we've used James, he still had previous records easily at hand, which really helped keep moving along at times. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Mortgages to finance acquisition of properties and subsequently re-mortgages.
