Although it may not have been apparent to you at the time, your situation was rather complicated from a lending criteria perspective, so going through all the potential options and discounting the ones that weren’t viable, was completely necessary to ascertain the best advice. And seeing as we moved from our first discussion to completion, in a little over 5 weeks, I’m not sure it cost us much time. Happy to discuss this further if you would like to.

I have known and used Peter for a number of years to provide advice on finding the best and most cost effective mortgages. In this case I wanted an equity release to aid my funds to clear my old mortgage which was due to be paid off. He found me one that met my criteria exactly.

Despite using chartered accountants, Peter could see from the paperwork submitted that some figures weren't quite right, so he worked directly with the accountant to rectify this. Peter Burke has taken away all the stress; explained each part of the process and the reasons why we needed to do certain things to improve our credit rating. He listened to us and what we wanted from a mortgage. He took our essential and desirable lists and searched all the mortgage providers and advised us the best one for our circumstances and wishes.
