I was a first time buyer, looking to take out a mortgage and life insurances on our first home.

We had a usual circumstance where we were buying a new build and the developer wanted us to have a mortgage offer in the January but our house wouldn’t be complete until June/July. Louise went above and beyond to help us find a 10 month (I think it was) mortgage offer (most are around 3 months I believe) and really put the whole process at ease for us with this. The rate was great and so was the peace of mind that we didn’t have to worry about our offer expiring whilst we waited for our new home to be built.

Yes, we had a great mortgage offer held for us for longer than we needed, which brought immense peace of mind.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, wouldn’t fault Louise!

We are first-time buyers and needed some advice on what would be the best product would be best for us and how to navigate the vast array of products available. Therefore we wanted to have an expert on our side to help us navigate this.
