She helped us navigate offers and explore options to enable us to secure our new home whilst we still had one on the market, which was a god send with a baby. Christine really puts the hours in, she helped us understand enquiries from the solictor, she checked in with them regularly to ensure the process stayed on track. Christine is simply amazing at what she does!

I initially chose to work with Christine as a first-time buyer, and she has supported me throughout my journey on the property ladder ever since. She has helped me with all aspects of mortgages, home buying and life insurance, and I have always felt confident knowing I had someone I could trust to guide me through the process.

Christine has been incredibly helpful throughout what has been quite a journey for me. She supported me when I first bought my own home as a first-time buyer, and then when I went through a separation and needed to apply for a mortgage on my own, she was there to guide me through the process and make what could have been a very stressful situation feel much easier. More recently, Christine has also helped me purchase another house. She has always taken the time to understand my circumstances, explain everything clearly and make sure I understood my options. I have always felt that she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for me, rather than simply treating me as another client.

Christine has always had my best interests at heart and has helped me achieve the outcomes I was hoping for. She has supported me through different stages of my life and has always found a way to help me move forward, even when my circumstances have changed.

What could they have done better?

Honestly, I can’t think of anything Christine could have done better. She has always been incredibly supportive, approachable and professional. I have always felt that I could contact her with any questions or concerns, even things that aren't necessarily mortgage related. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the whole buying and selling of properties. Christine has always gone above and beyond to help me, any day of the week, morning, day or night.
