On pensions, we discussed options and where I might have control over future investments. Mark directed me to a SIPP management company where I can manage my own Pension Portfolio. Mark has provided excellent advice and found good mortgage deals for me on my house purchases over the last 20 years and two buy to let mortgages.

I wanted an experienced, knowledgeable and trustful Financial Advisor. Unfortunately there are a number of people offering the same services as Mark whom just don't deliver or do what they say they are going to do. Mark was recommended to me by a close friend and now I have dealt with him I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else.
How has Mark Horsfall helped you?
Personal, fast and proactive service. Importantly, he is honest and a realist and is looking for a long term partnership not just a quick buck.

Most definitely.
What could they have done better?
He could have bought me a bottle of champagne and smoked salmon every day. Seriously though, I am at a loss to say how he could improve.

When I get emails with attachments it can be a pain opening the attachment or following links - if the proposal info could be a picture inline with the text it would be so easy (but I have to admit to being lazy with opening emails and attachments!!!)
