Mark has always been on hand to offer ongoing advice. He is always open and clear with helpful insight and options. This is irrespective of whether I have decided to buy a financial product or not.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My partner was looking to take the mortgage on in her own name, and we wanted to add her to the title deeds.

Mark gave us all the options from day 1, he always acted in our best interest, and made everything easy to understand.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Well of course we'd love the bank of England to have reduced the base rate more, not anything Mark can control, but Mark and the team were prompt to move us to better deals when they came up - so it was great knowing we would get the best deal in the market available to us
