My husband and I were seeking a residential mortgage for a flat within a council owned building. As some may know, many mortgage providers are reticent to lend to these properties, despite being well priced and in excellent locations! We needed to complete quickly, and needed an adviser that could react quickly, that was communicative and accountable!
