First time buyers look for support with mortgage.

Ian was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and took the time to guide us through and explain every detail. As first time buyers we were new to everything but Ian made the whole process as simple and easy as possible for us. Highly recommend.

We are buying a property of non standard construction so needed help finding a lender that lent on such properties

I needed to refinance my property, a buy-2-let as it was coming to the end of its 2-year fixed-term period. I have know Ian for many years and can vouch that he is a genuine and trustworthy guy. My own situation was not straight forward, complicated slightly by my own personal circumstances but Ian was able to find a remortgage package that was right for me. I would definitely recommend Ian's services.
