We needed a new mortgage and fast as the first bank we asked wanted more deposit which we couldn’t afford.

He found us a more affordable mortgage deal and a longer term one.

Yes.

We have recently re-mortgaged our property.

How has Dan McCarthy helped you?

We have used Dan twice now, firstly when we brought our house & opened our first ever mortgage & now when re-mortgaging. Neither me nor my partner are from financial/legal backgrounds & the process can feel a little overwhelming but we find Dan really easy to ask questions to & explains things in a way we can understand.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We have definitely seen the outcome we were hoping for, prior to remortgaging we had a questions and queries about which deal to go for but Dan found us the deal we were hoping for which ticked all our boxes.

What could they have done better?

Cant think of anything that could be improved.

Dan has helped us numerous times over the years, from house moves/new mortgages, to porting mortgages, amalgamating debts and insurance. He’s honest, upfront and friendly.

Nothing. Dan is timely; responsive and reliable. As well as being an overall nice guy to deal with.

First time buyer, was in a position where I needed some professional help and advice.

Dan has made the buying process of a house a smooth process. Without him, personally I couldn't have done it.
