We needed an advisor to help us choose and set up a mortgage for our first home.
How has Lawrence Lee Baw helped you?
Lawrence found us a variety of mortgage offers over the course of several months and he communicated with the providers on our behalf. As first time buyers the whole process was so new to us and Lawrence spent a lot of time helping us identify risks in specific properties and helped us by giving us things to consider about the property. Lawrence supported us through every step of the process and we felt as though we had an unbiased friend throughout our journey, whilst maintaining his professionalism.

Lawrence was very professional and provided all the details to me about mortgage change and what that entails. He followed up by email by proving me all the necessary details, so I could make an informed decision. I would definitely contact him in the future!

We was over 10 years with our broker. We just not trusted him any more.
