I had been charged by the police for GBH without intent. This is such a serious offence and knew i needed the advice and opinion from a professional. After researching online for different solicitors i came across Kang & Co glowing reviews and booked myself in for a consultation.

I had no previous experience or any dealings at all with the police previously and then had to face a police investigation Manjinder clearly explained the process and what to expect. During our very lengthy discussion he explained in great detail the procedure and what would happen and when he was not available due to a already booked appointment on the day of the interview had an experienced member of his team to be with me through the process and guide me through what would otherwise of been a very traumatic experience.

I received my charge letter in the post very late to when it was sent to my address I needed legal help fast. I was facing a GBH without intent charge section 20 with typically follow up with a custodial sentence

Upon receiving my charge sheet late I had only 2 weeks to seek quality legal advice and have a barrister representing me in my court hearings for GBH without intent section 20 , kang & co worked efficiently to calm my nerves and started to gather all evidence against me to come to a conclusion on which path would give me the best outcome. Kang & co pushed and pushed for important documents while also reassuring me and keeping me up to date, kang & co working with mr Kelly who represented me in court for both my hearings including my sentencing.

When in court I was told I would have a one year custodial sentence but with the flawless work of kang & co and mr kelly I received a 2 year suspended sentence with requirements, I’m over the moon with this result as I was hoping this would be the outcome for me, I’m a carer for my nan and I am an essential part of her life with helping her with many of her needs while also working 40 hours a week myself, I can now work to improve myself and learn from my mistakes while also being here for my family.

I can’t think of anything that could have been done better kang & co have worked miracles for me.

I sought legal advice from Mr. Kang regarding a drink driving case and he helped me by providing genuine advice to put me in the right direction and reach an outcome that was best for me. I respect him because he puts the client first and was willing to her me out and take on board my perspectives. He won't sugarcoat his words he just gives honest advice.

He helped me by reaching an outcome that was best for me which gained me the most lenient sentence and has helped me keep my dignity intact. He made the process so smooth and made me feel comfortable going into the court hearing as I was very nervous at first as I had never experienced anything like this before.

The outcome wasn't initially what I had hoped for however given the circumstances this was the best result. The defence barrister was top of his game and was looking for the best outcome for me too. He was very empathetic to my circumstance and fought for me really hard in the court, the notes Mr. Kang produced certainly provided him with a great guide for mitigation which lead to the outcome I had hoped for.

Highly recommend Kang & Co Solicitors, found myself in a situation that I was completely overwhelmed by, haven’t ever dealt with a traffic offence before I felt completely out of my depth but Kang & Co was fantastic they explained and dealt with everything for me. Always making me feel very supported and understood. I thought the process would have been extremely stressful but the team made it anything but. This was the first time ever I had to appear in court for totting up points on my license and had no knowledge of how it works.

How has Manjinder Kang helped you?

Mr Kang had a telephone conference with me where we discussed my entire case, he advised me appropriately with reassurance. His team kept in touch throughout, until my court date. Mr Shoker (barrister) represented me in court. He has a very calming presence and was extremely helpful and kind. Mr Shoker is definitely an expert in his field with profound knowledge and confidence. Megan (solicitor) was the most reassuring face on the day of my court attendance and was very lovely and supportive throughout. Even if I faced a driving ban, I would still recommend Kang&Co as they definitely are experts in their field and will do their utmost to helpful.

Yes! I was told disqualification of my license and possible prison time. They helped me only get 10 points on my license and 4 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months this ensures I still can work as for my job I need my license
