James Braund

I am a Senior Associate in the Personal Injury Team at Trethowans LLP having completed my training contract with Trethowans LLP and qualifying as a Solicitor in November 2009. I joined Trethowans LLP in November 2007 after completing a Law Degree at Gonville and Caius College at Cambridge University in July 2006, and the Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University in July 2007. I handle personal injury work mainly for Claimants, but have also occasionally represented some Defendants. Examples of how I have helped clients include: -Obtaining successful outcomes in a wide variety of matters and cases, throughout the Personal Injury team. -Helping client's progress their claims . -Meeting, accompanying and representing clients at Court hearings where necessary. -Being a useful contact for queries from both potential and existing clients. Away from the office ... I enjoy watching and participating in most sports, particularly football, cricket, hockey and rugby. I am also a keen supporter of Southampton Football Club and Hampshire County Cricket Club.
