An Advanced Member of the Family Law Panel with over 14 years experience within the field. My experience ranges from trying to negotiate family issues to rushing into Court to secure emergency orders such as preventing children from being removed from UK to another country, injunction orders for those suffering from Domestic Violence or preventing the disposition of matrimonial finances by an unreasonable spouse. I am experienced in sitting with clients and getting to the core of issues. Having been described as someone with a mediating persona, I am able to assist clients to resolve problems as amicably and swiftly as possible. Where this is not an option and the only alternative is Court proceedings, I have the tools and mechanisms to achieve what is best for clients and the children of the family. I also have the relevant experience to resolve financial issues for cohabiting couples who have decided to part. My career began as a Legal Executive and it was not long after, with the support and encouragement of colleagues and my superiors, that I undertook the LLB (Honours) in law and thereafter the Legal Practice Course which enabled me to qualify as a Solicitor. With further encouragement from superiors I became an Advanced Member of the Family Law Panel
