Ian explained all the steps in the mortgage application and house buying process clearly, have good advice on our circumstances, and answered all our queries quickly.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I have got a successful mortgage offer for the amount and the rate I hoped for < 2 weeks after Ian submitted the mortgage application on our behalf and and < 1 month after we first initiated conversation with Ian.

Ian helped me on all fronts when it came to applying for a mortgage. He was patient despite my many repetitive questions and explained everything in great detail. He was prompt with replying and never made me feel stupid
